By accessing and using MoonMob ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

MoonMob provides a service for recovering SOL from empty Solana token accounts. We do not take custody of your funds or private keys.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet
• You must verify all transaction details before approval
• You understand that blockchain transactions are irreversible

4. Service Fees

We charge a 33% fee of the recovered SOL. This fee is automatically calculated and included in each transaction.

5. Risks and Disclaimers

• Cryptocurrency transactions carry inherent risks
• We do not guarantee specific recovery amounts
• Service availability may vary

6. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoonMob shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MoonMob operates.
